PPH HUB

Privacy Policy

Who we are

PPH Ventures L.L.C-FZ, trading as PPH Hub, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our address is Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE.

Contact: connect@pphhub.ae / +971 50 250 0339.

This policy covers our nanny enquiry website, associated WhatsApp communications and professional applications and profiles used for matching. Applicable UAE personal-data requirements include Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 concerning the Protection of Personal Data where applicable.

Information we collect

Customer enquiries may include name, mobile/WhatsApp number, emirate, optional email and area/community, service requirements, preferences and messages.

Professional application/profile information may include name, photograph, nationality, location, contact information, languages, experience, skills, work preferences, availability, expected salary, CV/supporting documents, visa/work situation and references/recommendations where applicable.

Our messaging integration receives sender numbers, message content and identifiers and associated Meta event information. The text-message workflow stores sender number, text, message identifier and related conversation records. Identifiers support duplicate checks. Not every received event field is saved in the application database.

Please avoid children’s names, identification documents, medical information or other sensitive personal details in general enquiries unless necessary. Describe care requirements without unnecessarily identifying children. Provide another person’s information only with an appropriate basis.

Website and WhatsApp

The current nanny enquiry website prepares your request in your browser and does not save form entries to a website database. Continuing opens a WhatsApp link containing the prepared request and contact details. Opening the link passes the prepared text to WhatsApp; pressing Send delivers the message to PPH Hub. Copying a summary places it on your device’s clipboard.

The website code does not use cookies or browser storage to retain form entries, and website analytics is disabled. Hosting and messaging providers may still process technical connection information. Browser history, autofill and clipboard behaviour depend on your browser/device.

Purposes

We use enquiry details to respond, understand requirements and provide our matching service, including related follow-up. Professional information supports assessing applications, preparing profiles and matching professionals with prospective families/customers. Our messaging integration supports communication and conversation records.

The customer enquiry notice is not marketing permission or blanket consent to unrelated uses. Where processing relies on your consent, the permission sought must identify its purpose; you may withdraw that permission by contacting us.

Sharing professional profiles

PPH Hub may share relevant customer-facing professional profiles with selected prospective families/customers for matching. These may include name, photograph, nationality, general/current location, languages, experience, skills, work preferences, availability, expected salary, professional summary, key qualities and references/recommendations where applicable.

Passport/ID copies, visa documents and other private/internal verification documents are not part of the normal customer-facing profile. This policy itself is not a substitute for the required permission or other applicable basis for profile disclosure.

Services and processing locations

Meta/WhatsApp handles messaging. Cloudflare hosts the nanny website and receives and forwards authenticated webhook payloads, including personal information within them. Bubble provides backend processing and stored conversation/message records; PPH business processing and the central database remain in Bubble.

Provider services may handle technical information, logs and service records under their applicable terms and privacy practices. These international services may process information outside the UAE; we do not represent that all records, logs or backups remain exclusively in the UAE.

Retention

Our retention policy is to retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, operate PPH Hub, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud/misuse and satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements. Information no longer required should be deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable.

These are criteria rather than fixed deletion periods. This policy does not promise automatic expiry of all records or immediate removal from provider backups.

Privacy requests

Contact connect@pphhub.ae or +971 50 250 0339 about your information, including requests for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of permission where relevant. Identify the phone number/email used for your enquiry and describe your request. Do not include passwords, one-time codes or identity documents in the initial request.

Applicable rights and any exceptions depend on the law and circumstances. Requests may need identity checks before personal information is disclosed or changed. This policy does not promise automatic deletion or a fixed response deadline. Deleting a PPH Hub record does not itself remove messages on your device, other recipients’ devices or independently controlled provider records.

Security

The configured messaging integration uses webhook signature checks and authenticated forwarding, and integration credentials are held in server-side settings rather than the public website configuration. These specific controls do not guarantee complete security or represent that every system has been independently audited.

Updates

This page will be updated when its description of our practices changes. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
